The COAST Rechargeable Plus system runs the lantern on the included ZX740 ZITHION-X™ rechargeable battery, which recharges via a USB-C in/out port. The light can also run on six AA alkaline batteries (purchased separately). Monitor the battery life indicator to know when it’s time to recharge. Then plug into the USB-C port and keep track of power status with the charge indicator. The USB-C port also gives power to recharge other devices in a pinch.
